1 General Terms & Definitions

3 Account Management

Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. This is our standard procedure to ensure security and prevent financial fraud.

3.3 Closing Your Account

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You should complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account. gp333 also reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the event of a breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Nagad — digital financial service of the Postal Department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply when making a withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the account used for the original deposit
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed

4.3 Currency

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To make bonus funds withdrawable, you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonus funds may not be transferred to third parties
• Offers may not be combined while one bonus offer is active, unless specifically stated
• gp333 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus, with prior notice
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and winnings may be voided

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Technical Issues
